DOC CAMP X 2009

DOC ended not long after FO
and
OMG I WANT PICTURES, MELVIN!!!
i still remembered my first GL experience in DOC, and that was Johnny BANANA
macson and tina were my fellow GLs, i was the empire head
the empire had sholleh, gary, wyncy, vincent, aaron and all
so fun
well that was 2 years ago
i didnt join last year coz of SIP
so this year i wanted to join again
but Yi Jie invited me, randomly i still remember, at the loft wen i was sleeping, to be an FA
it felt weird cause, frankly, i wasnt a part of DSC at all, even, but i still support their events
and the way things work is different
but the people were fun to work with

switching roles of an FA in FO to an FA in DO is quite, weird
cause the feeling of FO is still there
but it was worth the 5 long days, or should i say 7
met a lot more people and a lot more friends
and it was differnt from being an FA and a GL in DOC as well

MORGA
derived from Sir Henry Morgan
my empire, cause the theme was ARRRR.. Pirates
with a different FA and differnt GLs to work with
Morga is definitely a fun bunch of ppl to work with
and due to the lesser number of ppl, there was more interaction

so to FA partner MALLORY
ure a whole different person to work with really
and working with u had been fun
i told u how it felt working with u, but in all, both of us learnt something
its been fun

i told you guys before i loved working with you
and truly i meant it cause you were a unique different bunch of people to work with
and you made camp fun even though me n mal were hardly around
and to my 4 subheads, aristotle, amos, hajar and syara

theres alot more to learn for you guys and alot more to do
and, except for me jacen n moses, do join next DOC and live tp life to the fullest
you'd miss it when you graduate

FO ended like 2 months ago
and it was, unfortunately, and sadly, and painfully, the last one
well of course you wanna stay but retaining is a straight NO
so its HOLQA, hello holqa
with tat yi as the FA partner, wait this is a repetition from my OTC post
k so an addition of Nicolette as the HGL
every empire is different
holqa is different from venos and is different from kaistor
but one thing is that i learnt freaking alot, from a tpsu subcomm, to a GL, to a tpsu exco, to an FA
oh and im not in exco this year my dear ppl. im an invited FA, so dun be confused pls
haha, thats for the confused face i give wen ppl think i was in exco still
Holqa gave me something different
and being a graduating student made it into a whole different story altogether
time flew so fast
too fast
i still think im a kaistor GL
looking at the year 3s, but now im the year 3, and after the last school song, there aint gonna be any more
FO gave me so much
friends, fun, retardedness, sense of laughter, sense of belonging, and joy
and this extra thing that i cant describe in words
the year 3s should know what it is, but i doubt they can describe it too
by now, i miss TP so much
i miss FO so much
i miss camps so much
and graduating, everybody is moving on, in different directions
and going back to school makes you feel like an alien
no clases to rush to whatsoever
no countless friends to bump into
even lounge is different now
sigh

so here's my notes, whatever you call it, to certain grps of ppl or certain ppl

to the year 0809 excos
thank you for inviting me back as an FA
it felt weird, but i had fun
even though im not that close to half of you, coz i know those from 0708 and yuenss, everyone murtured alot
and its great working with all of you

to the other HOLqa FA, mr TATs
we started off as FA partners during our first subcomm camp as FAs
and ended up together
but too bad all ur FA partners are MATS
haha
though our working style is different, but we did work together fine, and its been fun working with you
and hey a happy tat yi makes teh world smile

to my retarded HOLQA HGL, ms NIColette
i didnt regret picking you as our HGL
you were an awesome HGL, always on your toes and doing tasks effectively and efficiently
not showing any signs of stress or whatsoever, and always taking it calmly
and always a fun person to disturb
no more take 15 with you now that im gone from TP
but aiseh second TPSU president siaa

3 different ppl with 3 different personalities and different working styles
you 3 did a great job as subheads, and always doing tasks effeciently

to my awesome HOLQA GLs
you made through alot of cuts coz we needed to reduce the number of GLs
and i had fun working with you
whatever me n tat n nic scold you during debriefs, do not just take it to FO
take it to life, in whatever you do
thats what i did, taking it to heart and always remembering it, and passing it on
to the year 2s an now year 3s, dont stop learning there
theres alot more to learn and do, and also teach
enjoy TP to the fullest, coz wen u graduate, you;ll miss it, alot
to the graduates, we did it
we graduated with a first and second position
but that deosnt matter
friendship and enjoying it is what matter most

to the graduates
we did it
our last FO
sad to say i still dunno some of you personally yet
but im sure glad all of us had fun
and graduating together feels great
coming in as GLs for the first time
since Temalia
Schythia, Kaistor, Zilra, Ophix, Ayton
to Tepolywood
Phantos, Venos, Fyrtho, Komez, Accion
to Temallion
Holqa, Rinku, Reliez, Nexo, Zetten
the journey was great
the friendship was awesome
cause it the awesomest batch of ppl i got to know
i wonder when's time we're gonna meet

and you guys are the aweomest ppl to be with and to talk to

great awesome achievements and its all from you own hard work while having fun
consider yourselves lucky you went to FO
i regretted not going to mine

join TPSU or the clubs and it will be AWESOMER, if such words exists
treasure the 3 years
this aint secondary school
this is LIFE, of young adulthood
join anything you can, well not gangs and all of course
but activities and such
but studies a priority please
hardships may come, but endure and joy will come after
happy studying in TP

i met the best ppl in 3 years of my poly life
and never regretted it

i was supposed to meet Yee Ping only for birthday dinner
this is based on a true story on the 21st April by the way,
at Plaza Sing
but upon arriving KOK was there
like EYYY U CAME BACK FROM HK
and kok needed help to buy materials to make a pillow for his friend
his taste is WEIRD i swear

then Yee Ping suggested the arcade to stall time cause Secret Recipe was full
YAY ARCADE
but then again, yeeping suggesting the arcade, abit weird
but who cares they're treating me

then it was off to FISH N CO
whatever happened to SECRET RECIPE
then upon arrival, eh live band
i was distracted by their awesome voice which was sung in absolute harmony
then like, eh fish n co free seating meh?
then they moved all the way to the back
then i saw this familiar figure

I cant believe its over.
3 years seem to pass so fast.
6 days seem to fly too soon.
its a feeling that can't be expressed in words.
but one thing that can be said, i'm going to miss TP.
from walking in from the bus stop, and walking around the campus, and meeting someone along the way.
but the one thing that made me really love the campus, are the people you meet.

i never regretted becoming a TPSU subcomm in year 1, being in Mohawk.
doing the mass dance and school hand sign song and singing the school song for the first time.
and meeting people like Kok Sheng, Jessybessy, Ming, Guang, Yeeping, Farhan and Tat Yi.

then it was TPrawks, being a Pack Leader in Blue Team.
we were in the Pioneer Batch, and we rawked TPRawks big time, with denise, edwin, kok, desmond, kay and others was great.

i never regretted becoming a GL in year 1, being in Kaistor.
it was the most fun empire to be in.
though OTC as Serpion was rather hectic and felt really like WAR, FO was fantastic, scoring 2nd OTC, 2nd FOW and 1st FOC.
and having fun with people like jean, yunru, zhaopei, edwin, chrystal, sutrisno, shiha and others, was awesome. and not forgetting jing wen, our beloved hgl. haha.

then i ran for TPSU executive Committee, and met 12 awesome ppl to work with, and became an FA for Venos with Yeeping, and had the most awesome time with raazmy, hakim, kok, joyce, derek, rayna, fion, jolene, bad, nelson, xiuzhen, fy, zhaopei, dex, nicholas, yuan long and many others, not forgetting my awesome hgl kah kah. 2nd for OTC, 2nd for FOW with best spirited empire, and 2nd for FOC. but it passed too soon.

then i didnt run, but was invited back by ella to be an FA for my last FO. and i was paired with mr TAT, whom i started off with during mohawk. and again kok sheng got into my empire. with ppl like welson, shihua, mich, cj, both wans, jocelyn, eugene, cass, simone, melanie, hongling, kc, denise, jesse, chrystal, edmund, hadi and all the others, too much to name, was fantabulous. and also the best HGL ever Nicolette did an awesome job. 4th for OTCW, 1ST for FOW and 2nd for FOC. but having fun and enjoying it was all that matters.

3 years of camps, 11 camps stuck with kok, and a few camps stuck with jeslyn, zhaopei, jaylloyd, joyce, and many others, was one hell of an experience in a lifetime.
Too summarise everything, im gonna miss it, alot. Thank you to everyone who played a part in it. I'm going to miss you. Alot.
